Prison releases generic

The following persons were released from the N.C. Department of Corrections to Iredell County May 24 – June 9.

» May 24: Lavarius M. Patterson, 20; larceny of firearms, released to parole.

» May 25: James J. Glenn, 19; obtaining property by false pretense, released to parole.

» May 27: Andrew R. Bradshaw, 26; discharging a firearm into an occupied property, released to parole.

» May 28: Tracy L. Tulbert, 48; selling a Schedule II controlled substance, released to parole.

» May 29: Donald E. Owens, 36; felony breaking and entering, released to parole.

» May 30: Charles D. Settle, 27;  larceny over $1,000, released to parole.

» May 31: Joshua K. Burton, 35; possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, released to parole.

» May 31: Tracey G. Combs, 30;  possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, released to parole.

» May 31: William D. Wilson, 19; obtaining property by false pretenses, released to parole.

» June 3: Gary W. Anderson, 46; trafficking in methamphetamine, released to parole.

» June 3: Tyrone P. Chambers, 37; possession of firearm by felon, released at expiration of sentence.

» June 3: Daniel R. Farmer, 33; obtaining property by false pretenses, released to parole.

» June 3: Nicole R. Mahaffey, 34; possession with intent to sell a Schedule III controlled substance, released at expiration of sentence.

» June 3: Johnny D. Waller, 50; possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, released at expiration of sentence.

» June 3: Joshua L. Woolson, 29; felony breaking and entering, released at expiration of sentence.

» June 4: Jay A. Miller, 38; habitual felon, released at expiration of sentence.

» June 5: Genevieve Plentl, 35; possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, released at expiration of sentence.

» June 5: Justin D. Watson, 28; possession with intent to sell a Schedule II controlled substance, released to parole.

» June 7: Kevin E. Morrison, 30; obstructing justice, released to parole.

» June 8: Shawn D. Carter, 50; common law robbery, released to parole.

» June 9: Alicia B. Coleman, 36; selling a Schedule II controlled substance, released at expiration of sentence.
