A Wilkesboro woman has been charged with stealing toilet paper from a home in Union Grove.
On Oct. 15, Sara Noel Davis, 34, was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering. She received a $7,500 secured bond from a magistrate.
Sheriff Darren Campbell stated the following in a news release:
On Oct. 15, deputies responded to a breaking and entering in progress in the 200 block of Paddock Road in Union Grove.
The caller gave a description of the suspect, who was found standing in the driveway when deputies arrived.
During the investigation, the victim told deputies Davis had walked into his home, begun cussing at him, and then walked past him and took a roll of toilet paper.
Davis was arrested on the scene.
Campbell said that she has a criminal history involving assault, larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt.
Davis is due in court Nov. 4.
