App State’s Bayley Plummer averaged 9 points and 11.5 rebounds last season.

Appalachian State's Ronshad Shabazz and Bayley Plummer were both named to all-Sun Belt Conference teams on Monday afternoon.

Shabazz, who has amassed more than 2,000 points in his Mountaineers career, earned a spot on the men's second team. He's gotten second-team recognition in back-to-back years.

A senior guard, Shabazz is averaging a team-high 18.5 points per game.

Plummer, a Thomasville native who played at East Davidson, was added to the all-Sun Belt women's third team. Plummer led the conference in rebounds (12.1 per game) while averaging 7.4 points per game.

The junior post player had earned a spot on the all-Sun Belt third team after the last two seasons.
