North Iredell 3, West Caldwell 3

OLIN—North Iredell battled West Caldwell to a 3-3 draw on Monday night.

Froylan Luna scored and assisted a goal for the Raiders (8-1-1), who are back in action tonight against Maiden.

Jerick Moreno and Jonah Bamberger each scored one goal against the Warriors. Goalkeeper Dane Coltrane’s 13 saves included stopping one penalty kick.


South Iredell 3, Mooresville 0

TROUTMAN—Marissa Meyerhoefer recorded a double-double Monday as South Iredell swept Mooresville. Meyerhoefer finished with 11 kills and 11 digs. The Vikings won 25-15, 25-12, 25-11.

Taylor Osborne tallied a team-high 14 kills. Warren led the Vikings in digs with 13.

Malina Harris assisted 25 kills, registered six of her own and served four aces.

South Iredell improved to 8-1.

Statesville 3, North Lincoln 0

Destiny McIntosh provided nine kills and Kiley Sharpe had 17 digs Monday in Statesville’s 25-14, 25-11, 25-23 victory over North Lincoln.

Bella Daye handed out 13 assists and contributed 12 digs.

Ellie Valenti and Hannah Hoffman each supplied five kills. They had three and two blocks, respectively.


Statesville 2, North Lincoln 1

Lacie Evans’ double-double paced Statesville in Monday’s come-from-behind win over North Lincoln. She had 15 digs and 13 assists for the Greyhounds, who lost the first set 25-20 but won the last two 25-18 and 15-6.

Kaylee Greer led the offense with eight kills. She also had 10 digs.

Alley Slaughter chipped in with six kills, and Melei Dixon had 14 digs.
